The DCH Health System Emergency Departments offer comprehensive emergency
medical services to all age groups and are staffed 24/7 by a highly trained
team to meet the needs of the community. Our compassionate attentive staff
is committed to providing our patients with exceptional care. Our ED teams
are composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and support staff
to meet the needs of the community.
DCH Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department is a 54-bed state
designated Level III Trauma Center as well as a Level II Stroke Center.
The Regional Medical Center ED treats approximately 80,000 patients per
year, or roughly 220 patients per day.
Northport Medical Center’s Emergency Department is a 17-bed department
that treats more than 50,000 patients annually.
Fayette Medical Center’s Emergency Department is a 4-bed Level III
Stroke Center that treats more than 11,500 patients every year.
