Effective May 5, 2026, the MyDCH Patient Portal will undergo a redesign. Now branded as the MyHealth Hub users will experience a new clean and flattened look when navigating the health portal. The brand-new Dashboard features a quick snapshot of various portal data, and allows users to see action buttons which reduces clicks into the full feature. The new MyHealth Hub is auto- responsive based on device and window size, so users will experience the same look and feel if they are accessing via a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
