Submission Process

1. Access and complete the Application for Study Consideration.

2. Upload all required documents for Research Oversight Committee review.

  • Please be advised that incomplete applications may be subject to a delay in Research Oversight Committee review if required documentation is missing from the submission.
  • Additional requested information or documents of support may be emailed to the DCH Research Oversight Committee at research@dchsystem.com.
  • For questions related to required research application documents, contact the Research Oversight Committee at research@dchsystem.com.

3. Once the research application has been successfully submitted electronically, the researcher will receive an email with a unique research application reference number. The Research Oversight Committee convenes monthly to review submitted applications with all required documentation.
