Review Process

The ROC will convene monthly to review submitted research applications with all required uploaded documents.

Research applications received prior to the monthly submission deadline will be added to the upcoming ROC agenda for review.

• The monthly deadline is seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled monthly meeting.
• ROC reserves the right to modify or amend scheduled submission and review dates based on organizational needs (including holidays).
