Determination Notice

A Letter of Determination from the DCH Research Oversight Committee will be provided to the researcher’s email at least three (3) business days after application review.

Research Oversight Committee requests for modifications or changes necessary to the previously approved external IRB protocol will be outlined and communicated to the researcher for further action.

Researchers may contact members of the Research Oversight Committee via email to establish a meeting time to discuss specific questions regarding modifications or denials of research applications.

Once the appropriate changes or modifications have been implemented and newly approved by the external IRB, the researcher may request a subsequent review by the DCH Research Oversight Committee.
