DCH Health System is pleased to welcome Ray Lamberth as our new System Director of Supply Chain. With a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, Ray brings valuable expertise to ensure DCH has the supplies and resources needed to provide top-quality patient care.

It’s critical to have someone of Ray’s experience to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process to maximize patient care while minimizing costs,” said Mallary Myers, senior vice president and chief operating officer. "His experience in medical sales, combined with outstanding communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills will make him a strong asset to our team."
Ray joins DCH with more than 20 years of experience in hospital sales and management. He is eager to collaborate with teams across the health system to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. When asked what drew him to DCH, Ray shared his passion for healthcare logistics and its direct impact on patient care.
Originally from Wetumpka, Ray is currently enrolled at Troy University, where he is working toward a degree in Global Business. His first day at DCH will be March 24.
