BEE Winner: Colbye Krebs

Congratulations to Colbye Krebs, patient care assistant/unit secretary, OB/Well Baby Nursery, DCH Regional Medical Center! She is the most recent recipient of the BEE Award.

Krebs was nominated by Nursing Team Leader Dixie Patton who wrote:

“Colbye has worked with us for years on the mother-baby unit. Colbye is a wealth of knowledge for all things that help our unit run smoothly.

“After having a baby, our patients and their support person are given the opportunity to have a celebration meal to celebrate the arrival of their new baby.

“Colbye recently took it upon herself to [further expand our menu library to ensure that the communication needs of non-English-speaking patients are met in regard to menus]. I wanted to recognize Colbye so she would know how appreciative we are of her selfless act to show care and concern for our patients!”
