Celebrate National Doctor's Day With an Honorarium Benefiting the DCH Patient Assistance Fund

National Doctor's Day is Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Make a donation in honor of a doctor who has made a difference for you so that you may make a difference for someone else in our community who is in need.
For a minimum donation of $25, a gift will be delivered to your honored physician acknowledging your donation by name. The amount of your donation will remain confidential.
All proceeds from the doctor's day honorariums will benefit the DCH Patient Assistance Fund. This fund provides education, home medical equipment, medication, transportation, etc. for patients who could not afford it otherwise.
Please consider honoring your physician and helping your community in need today.
