2019/2020 Patient Impact Grants Awarded

It’s that time of year – the season of giving.

The DCH Foundation recently awarded $150,000 to support the mission of DCH – to provide high-quality, community based health services to the communities we serve. The grants that were awarded will provide much needed assistance such as:

• Nursing Anne training simulator manikin (pictured)
• Abdominal ultrasound phantom manikin
•  Blanket warmers
• Computer based training for staff
• Fixed patient lift
• Microscope
• Rapid heat oven
• Patient assistance provided for medications, scales, BP monitors; pulse oximeters, glucometers, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, hospital beds, oxygen and much more

Thanks to you; we are able to provide much needed equipment, supplies and patient assistance. Your continued support ensures that we are able to directly improve patient lives and focus resources where our patients need them the most.
