Dr. Joshua Argo

Dr. Argo is a general surgeon who has been in practice in Tuscaloosa for more than a decade. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Samford University in Birmingham and his medical degree and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He completed his internship, fellowship and residency at UAB. Dr. Argo has serves as an instructor in surgical skills at UAB, and is an assistant professor in the department of surgery at The University of Alabama. He is a resident member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons and the Southeastern Surgical Congress.

Dr. Tyler Eads

Dr. Eads received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He completed his surgical residency at Baptist Health System. Dr. Eads is a member of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Andrew Harrell

Dr. Harrell received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He completed his surgical internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School. He completed research and clinical fellowships in minimally invasive surgery with Carolinas Laparoscopic and Advanced Surgery Program at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C.

Dr. Harrell specializes in general surgery, breast surgery and advanced robotic/laparoscopic surgery. He is board certified with the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. David Roy

Dr. Roy received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical School.

He completed his residency and internship in general surgery at University of South Alabama in Mobile. He is board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Roy is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Roy performs laparoscopic and robotic procedures.

Dr. Payden Wallace

Dr. Payden Wallace is a board certified general surgeon and Tuscaloosa native. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Wallace completed his general surgery residency at The University of Kentucky, where he also served as chief resident.

Dr Wallace has special interest in complex abdominal wall reconstruction/ventral hernia repair. He also performs a wide variety of minimally invasive surgery, breast surgery and endoscopy. Dr. Wallace is an active member of the Tuscaloosa community where he lives with his wife, Dr. Chelsea Wallace, and their two daughters.
