FMC Medical Clinic Millport is a certified Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rural health clinic that delivers a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, our board-certified family nurse practitioner, Hannah Livingston provides preventive care, including routine checkups for patients throughout West Alabama. We focus on integrated care and a strong patient-provider relationship.
