FMC Medical Clinic Millport is a certified Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rural health clinic that delivers a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, our board-certified family nurse practitioner, Hannah Livingston provides preventive care, including routine checkups for patients throughout West Alabama. We focus on integrated care and a strong patient-provider relationship.

Office Hours
Our staff is available in the office from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday – closed from 12:00pm – 1:00pm for lunch and 8:15 a.m. to 12:00pm on Fridays. In some instances, your regular provider may not be in the clinic. If the covering providers have no appointments available or if your condition is such that our office is not equipped to handle it, you will be instructed to use the emergency room at a local hospital. Every attempt will be made to see you on the day of your need/emergency.
