FMC Medical Clinic Fayette is a certified Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rural health clinic that delivers a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, we provide preventive care, including routine checkups for patients throughout West Alabama. We focus on integrated care and a strong patient-provider relationship.
All providers at FMC Medical Clinic Fayette serve as primary care practitioners. We have a qualified staff to meet all of your medical needs. Our providers utilize DCH Fayette Medical Center for excellent ancillary services (lab, x-ray, etc.), inpatient admission, inpatient testing and treatment and emergency department services.
