Yesterday the Tuscaloosa City Schools hosted the 2021 Apple Award event. Teachers, innovators and support staff were honored for their outstanding contributions to the education of children in the Tuscaloosa area. TCS also recognized DCH with an Outstanding Community Spirit Award for its contributions and dedication during the Pandemic.

Bryan Kindred, president and CEO of DCH, briefly addressed the gathered educators and thanked them for recognizing the contribution and efforts of the DCH team. He then discussed how the community is intertwined and we have all supported each other. Kindred ended by thanking the educators for their dedication to the children of our community.
